Tony Loizou has wide experience in the commercial sector, evaluating design proposals and methods of construction with contractors, shopfitters and specialist manufacturers to achieve cost- and time-effective solutions for the building. He is used to providing cost-aware design for repeatability in site specific schemes, developing excellent open working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors leading to ongoing partnerships and repeat commissions, as well as gaining press coverage in style magazines and design publications for his domestic work. He was a director at Pennington Robson before pursuing his own work.
© HecticElectricRichard Hind has worked mainly within the public and private residential sector, with many Housing Associations and developers, authoring design guidance. He also has experience in health design; both through special care facilities in the Midlands, and working on the designs for healthy living centres in London as associate with his previous practice, Stock Woolstencroft as well as many urban residential schemes. More recently, working as richardhindstudio, he has designed a number of private dwellings, both here and abroad, winning recognition for collaborations with lighting designers and private clients.
